Barbell Betties - CFCL Members - April and May 2019
Barbell Betties is a weightlifting class designed for WOMEN by women. Betties who participate in this program will improve their strength, develop toned lean muscle, and build confidence that they can use in and out of the gym. The round of Betties will be lead by Coach Rita and assisted by Coach Cassi in a fun, supportive environment for STRONG women!
April/May 2019 Schedule - Classes will run from 8-9PM!
Week 1: Monday, April 29 and Wednesday, May 1
Week 2: Monday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 8
Week 3: Monday, May 13 and Wednesday, May 15
Week 4: Monday, May 20 and Wednesday, May 22
Week 5: Wednesday, May 29
Week 6: Monday, June 3
