Barbell Betties CFCL January - February 2018
Barbell Betties is a weightlifting class designed for WOMEN by women. Betties who participate in this program will improve their strength, develop toned lean muscle, and build confidence that they can use in and out of the gym.
The class is lead by Coach Cassi
in a fun, supportive environment for STRONG women!
This session of Betties will begin on Monday, January 8th and continue to meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8PM for 5 weeks. Each week there will be 1 At Home Workout programmed so athletes can complete a total of three Betties workouts/week (no equipment needed for the At Home Workouts!).
